Ce que vous ferez :

  • Réclamations Clients

    • Maîtriser le système de gestion des réclamations

    • Suivre les indicateurs liés aux réclamations Clients

    • Définir la liste des actions à lancer et les suivre

    • Prioriser et orienter les analyses des problèmes (technique 5M, 5WY…)

    • Participer à la prise en compte des actions correctives et préventives par les différents acteurs

    • Participer à la formation des utilisateurs du système Réclamations Clients (Filiales, Distributeurs…)

  • Actions Correctives et Field Actions

    • Superviser la mise en place des actions curatives, correctives et préventives 

    • Participer à la prise de décision de Field Actions

    • Participer à l’activité Rétrofit 

  • Mesures

    • Participer à la définition des objectifs du Service Qualité Clients

    • Mettre en place les indicateurs permettant la mesure de l’efficacité du processus « Qualité Clients »

    • Etablir des tendances permettant de mettre en place des actions préventives et améliorer la qualité des produits

  • Communication

    • Communiquer sur l’avancement des plans d’action en cours

    • Animer la collaboration interservices au sein de l’usine (échanges de données et informations)

    • Visiter périodiquement les clients des différentes régions

    • Participer aux visites Clients

  • Management du Service

    • Manager les ingénieurs et techniciens du service

    • Mener les entretiens de performance des subordonnés

    • Gérer le personnel et la permanence des missions du service (congés, remplacement)

Ce que vous apporterez:

  • Niveau BAC + 5 Technique complété par une expérience en management, en Qualité et par la connaissance des produits Hill Rom (ou équivalent).
  • Expérience professionnelle (l’un ou l’autre) :
    • 5 ans dans un milieu industriel rattaché aux plus grands référentiels qualité (Pharmaceutique, aéronautique, Inspection FDA, ISO 13485, …)
    • 2 ans dans un service qualité, intégré à une entreprise du milieu industriel des dispositifs médicaux
  • Management d’équipe
  • Notions sur la fiabilité, analyse de données.
  • Connaissance des normes ISO 13485 et réglementation FDA 21CFR 820
  • Connaissances techniques en ingénierie (ou équivalent) mécanique ou électronique
  • Expérience dans la réglementation et Inspection FDA
  • Connaissance des outils qualité (RDP, 5M, AMDEC…)
  • Outils de bureautique EXCEL, WORD, Power Point, Outlook, Minitab
  • Anglais courant (lu, écrit, parlé), 3ème langue souhaitable
  • Aisance relationnelle, excellente communication
