We are looking for an experienced Head of Channel Sales to develop and execute our UKIN distribution and reseller channel strategy. This position will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales leadership and a deep understanding of Medtech/Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive UKIN distribution and reseller channel strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Assess new go to market initiatives
  • Lead Channel Sales in our leadership team: Mentor and team lead channel sales professionals, providing them with the tools and resources needed to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company goals.
  • Partner Program Development: Design and implement partner programs and enablement initiatives to drive partner performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to develop joint marketing initiatives that enhance partner capabilities and drive demand.
  • Analyze Channel Performance: Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Adapt to Market Changes: Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel management and development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams directly and indirectly
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
