RESUME DE LA FONCTION

Le rôle de l’ingénieur Quality est de gérer les projets de conformité qualité afin d’assurer le respect des normes et réglementations (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), ainsi que les projets d’amélioration de la qualité au sein des processus de fabrication existants.

TACHES GENERALES

  • Gérer les projets qualité en vue d’assurer le respect des normes de fabrication (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication).
  • Identifier et mener des projets d’amélioration continue au sein du département Qualité en collaboration avec le département de production.
  • S’assurer que les GMP et les autres exigences sont respectées dans le domaine de responsabilité.
  • L’ingénieur peut mener une enquête approfondie sur les non-conformités et les plaintes et identifier les améliorations qui permettront d’éliminer le défaut (CAPA)
  • Examiner et approuver les modifications de la documentation
  • Examiner et évaluer les demandes de contrôle des changements de processus
  • Peut agir en tant qu'approbateur de la qualité pour les NCR et CAPA.
  • Participe aux inspections réglementaires (audits internes/locaux et externes)
  • Participe à l’implémentation EMS / 6S et à l’amélioration continue
  • Remplacer le superviseur opérationnel de la qualité en cas d'absence.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous détenez un Master orienté sciences/diplôme de Pharmacien Industriel ou un Bachelier avec minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience dans un rôle lié à la qualité dans le milieu manufacturing et environnement GMP
  • Français courant avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse
  • Proactivité, prise d’initiatives
  • Respectueux des règles et des procédures
  • Rigoureux, capacité d’organisation et de planification
  • Bon communicateur
