Your Role at Baxter

THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results

As a Clinical Training Specialist your main responsibility is to deliver a high quality of product training to clinical staff for each customer facility assigned. You will deliver training on-site or via web sessions and it will be delivered to physicians, administrators, nurses and/or technicians.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide product training to assigned customers and coordinate travel arrangements for pending onsite travel.

  • Be a part of the Customer Advocate Program where you will provide account analysis and feedback that is key for product growth and improvements.

  • Provide informative materials and assist with support case work.

  • Participate in new product testing and validation.

  • Bring a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

  • Participate in the project team as required.

  • Additional duties may be assigned by the manager as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 2+ years of experience in clinical training within medical/healthcare industry.

  • Experience in Cardiology and/or Respiratory Therapy is plus.

  • Great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high stress situations at customer facility making judgements on demand.

  • MS Office Suite, PAC System, EMR.

  • Travel required; Must be located near a major airport and should be able to sit and drive extended distances as per region requirements or fly for a number of hours.

  • Knowledge of Cardio Server software an asset.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.  At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.  To that end, this position has a base salary range of $88,000 to $121,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position.  The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
