Tu rol en Baxter
Desde tu rol como Spec, OPEX #Aquí es donde contamos con tus conocimientos y talento para ser el responsable del desarollo y la direccion de los procesos de mejora continua para garantizar que se implementen los elementos mas efectivos de gestion en Baxter.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter
• Revisar y mejorar los procesos de producción y empresariales, así como los sistemas de apoyo que mantengan y mejoren la competitividad. Coordinar los esfuerzos garantizando que los proyectos reflejen las prioridades y necesidades de la organización.
•Validar cada proyecto/iniciativa de mejora continua con cada equipo, de forma regular y periódica.
• Guiar e institucionalizar una cultura utilizando herramientas Kaizen, Six Sigma y filosofías de fabricación y gestión ajustadas, así como guiar mediante el ejemplo personal y el liderazgo.
• Puede dirigir o participar con la dirección de operaciones de la organización y del grupo en actividades CAPA realizando, determinando y verificando las acciones correctivas necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento continuado de la política y los procedimientos de la división, la normativa federal según el Título 21 CFR Parte 820 y la norma ISO 13485:2003.

- Colaborar para aprovechar y alinear todos los elementos de la organizació.
- Uso competente de herramientas de Microsoft y aplicaciones de Lotus Notes, MS Project, AutoCAD, VISIO, Minitab, SPSS, etc.
- Comunicaciones orales y escritas en inglés y español.
