Roles and responsibilities:

Overall ITT & Pharma TW marketing strategy and execution, closely track the marketing strategies, activities and sales projects to achieve short-term, mid-term and long-term marketing objectives, including sales target amount, company image upgrading, marketing demand creation, shared value preserving, etc. (75%)

  • To lead the marketing team to achieve business objectives of BU To develop marketing strategy and execution plans to promote Baxter product/branding and support premium pricing strategy.
  • To work closely with sales team and other cross function members to ensure the precise execution of marketing plans, while it’s in compliance with company policy and external regulations To coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely support obtaining and efficient marketing operation.
  • To facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch and after launch operation To develop the capacity, improve the professionalism and ensure the teamwork spirit of marketing team members to enhance the productivity.
  • To track market profile: customer information, market news/information, health care policy, competitors, etc
  • To build professional relationships and partnerships with key customers, hospital managers, associations and government healthcare officials through marketing programs. (15%)
  • To facilitate effective marketing communication between local market and regional GBU. (10%)

Qualification

  • Minimum 8 years marketing/sales working experience in consumer / healthcare industry with 5+ years hands-on experience in marketing.
  • Strong results orientation and analytical skills. Excellent project management skills.
  • Skills in market research, pricing and reimbursement, customer advocacy development, creative product/program development and branding.
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master degree preferred
