We are currently searching for a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor for our team in Lisbon to join us on a temporary basis (6 months approximately) to handle distribution transport operations to customers in Portugal and perform inventory control activities.

What you'll be doing

Manage daily transport delivery complaints: Management of Service Complaints & Nonconformances.
Coordinate daily urgent shipments and air shipments.
Update invoice tracker and oversee invoicing process ensuring accuracy and on time processing.
Book international shipments in cooperation with suppliers: UPS, Essers, Penske.
Track customer returns appropriately.
Ensure pallet returns are accurately tracked. Handle warehouse discards & complaints in an accurate manner.
Collaborate in other ad hoc activities and perform other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll bring

Experience in leading all aspects of the distribution workflow
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office at user level
Fluent English
Analytical, Technological and Digitally minded
Courageous and collaborative approach
Ability to influence, educate and communicate in a customer / supplier relationship
Diplomacy and customer orientation
Efficient Communication skills including verbal and written forms of communication
