We are currently searching for a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor for our team in Lisbon to join us on a temporary basis (6 months approximately) to handle distribution transport operations to customers in Portugal and perform inventory control activities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily transport delivery complaints: Management of Service Complaints & Nonconformances.
• Coordinate daily urgent shipments and air shipments.
• Update invoice tracker and oversee invoicing process ensuring accuracy and on time processing.
• Book international shipments in cooperation with suppliers: UPS, Essers, Penske.
• Track customer returns appropriately.
• Ensure pallet returns are accurately tracked. Handle warehouse discards & complaints in an accurate manner.
• Collaborate in other ad hoc activities and perform other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll bring

• Experience in leading all aspects of the distribution workflow
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office at user level
• Fluent English
• Analytical, Technological and Digitally minded
• Courageous and collaborative approach
• Ability to influence, educate and communicate in a customer / supplier relationship
• Diplomacy and customer orientation
• Efficient Communication skills including verbal and written forms of communication
