PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Revisar e liberar as análises de controle de qualidade dos produtos acabados, matérias-primas, estudos de estabilidade, água, validações/transferências analíticas, certificados de análises em laboratórios terceiros, atendendo aos padrões de qualidade, integridade de dados e prazos estabelecidos, através da análise e avaliação dos resultados e dados brutos de toda a documentação pertinente e verificação de trilha de auditoria.  

  • Liderar a célula de conferência e liberação de análises cumprindo os prazos de liberação e as metas estabelecidas.  

  • Apurar indicadores, por meio da coleta de dados, análise e geração de relatórios.   

  • Operar Empower, LIMS e outros softwares necessários para revisar os dados brutos e audit trail, quando aplicável, nos sistemas  

  • Conduzir investigações de desvios e OOS e OOT, quando necessário  

  • Assegurar a integridade dos dados gerados  

  • Ter expertise nas boas práticas de laboratório e boas práticas de documentação.  

  • Colaborar com a manutenção da cultura de 6S no laboratório  

  • Executar as ações de compliance designadas  

  • Realizar todos os treinamentos endereçados à posição dentro dos prazos 

  • Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa, incluindo as pertinentes ao Sistema da Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.  

  • Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade.

  • Suporte em auditorias externas e internas

  • Suporte na qualificação e treinamento dos analistas nas técnicas analíticas.


REQUISITOS:
​

Superior completo em Química ou Farmácia  

Inglês Avançado (Leitura e Escrita) 

Desejável Espanhol Intermediário (Leitura e Escrita) 

Informática Avançada - Pacote Office 

Horário de trabalho das 14:30h às 23:18h, segunda a sexta - Escala 5x2
