PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Garantir que às atividades relacionadas aos Projetos sejam realizados in full e on time, com exceção de projetos de CAPEX; demonstrando conhecimento técnico sólido, além de solucionar lidar com problemas complexos, possuir forte conhecimento dos processos de desenvolvimento de projetos, ter uma comunicação forte e habilidades interpessoais;

Gerenciar projetos e da equipe de projetos, garantindo o atendimento as políticas de qualidade da empresa e regulatórias, qualidade, segurança e custos;

Buscar continuamente a otimização da capacidade produtiva no desenvolvimento dos novos produtos e processos industriais;

Avaliar todo e qualquer impacto no processo produtivo durante o desenvolvimento de produtos e desenvolver planos de contingência, de acordo com as diretrizes estabelecidas;

Realizar os treinamentos direcionados a área e pertinentes a função a ser exercida pelo colaborador;

Participar na pesquisa, análise, seleção e implementação de novas ferramentas, tecnologias e / ou serviços para a área de projetos.

REQUISITOS

Superior Completo
Experiência em Implementação de Projetos Corporativos
Inglês avançado
Conhecimento em MS Project / TCU / Trackwise
