As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Ministrar treinamento de produtos, quanto à utlização dos mesmos nos clientes/ hospitais, conforme padrões preestabelecidos pela Baxter.

O que você vai fazer

  • Ministrar treinamentos técnicos de produtos a serem implementados nos clientes (Terapia infusional/ Soluções/ equipamentos/ insumos  etc);

  • Atender a demandas de treinamento conforme alinhamento prévio com gestão imediata e time de demanda;

  • Executar treinamentos em diferentes períodos;

  • Executar treinamentos e capacitar profissionais de saúde envolvidos diretamente no manuseio do produto;

  • Preparar ambiente de treinamento com todo material necessário para execução de atividades educacionais;

  • Transmitir informações e orientações educacionais de forma clara e didática embasado em material educativo estabelecido pela empresa;

  • Aplicar aos participantes avaliação de reação e avaliação de conhecimento quando necessário;

  • Proceder avaliação previa dos equipamentos antes dos treinamentos;

  • Apoiar na preparação e configuração de equipamentos de infusão e transferência de dados;

  • Distribuir equipamentos configurados entre as unidades assistenciais no hospital;

  • Acompanhar junto ao time de demanda a produtividade de equipamentos e traçar planos de ação referentes a melhoria de produtividade, aumento de portfólio e mapeamento de necessidades educacionais bem como boas práticas de utilização de equipamentos;

  • Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa, incluindo as pertinentes ao sistema da qualidade, saúde, segurança e meio ambiente.

O que buscamos em você

Superior em Enfermagem ou área de saúde

No mínimo 1 ano de experiência hospitalar (conhecimento em bomba de infusão será diferencial)

Conhecimentos em informática como usuário
