Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y Sostener Vidas realizando análisis químicos para la liberación de materias primas, productos en proceso, producto terminado y estabilidad; garantizando el análisis de los datos que reporta, brindará apoyo a otras áreas la planta en la ejecución de análisis de soporte.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

1. Desarrollar y ejecutar ensayos con responsabilidad y calidad aportando resultados con data analizada.

2. Garantizar la exactitud y precisión de reactivos en la ejecución de análisis bajo su responsabilidad.

3. Garantizar el uso de equipos calibrados y verificados correctamente.

4. Realizar el mantenimiento autónomo de los equipos para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento.

5. Realizar continuamente verificación de sustancias de referencia, estándares USP y todos los reactivos de empleados en las actividades del laboratorio químico para que estén vigentes, correctamente identificados y en las cantidades apropiadas.

6. Garantizar el análisis aguas y mezcla de producto, muestras en proceso, en los tiempos adecuados cumpliendo con regulaciones vigentes, normas aplicables (BPL, BPM, ISO 14000, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14791) procedimientos locales y políticas corporativas.

7. Cumplir con los requerimientos globales establecidos por CFR21 parte 11 garantizando la integridad de datos generados en los análisis del laboratorio.

8. Monitorear y mejorar los indicadores del laboratorio químico.

9. Realizar revisión de bitácoras de uso en el laboratorio químico verificando cumplimiento de BPD y BPL.

10. Cumplir con el programa EHS

Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y Colombia Documento de Referencia: Página 2 de 3 Formato No.: F-RH-0009- Rev I CO200608002 Baxter Confidencial Fecha de Edición: Ver registro electrónico procedimientos de calidad), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas a su cargo. Así mismo se debe garantizar el cumplimiento del Decreto Número 4725 de 2005, por el cual se reglamenta el régimen de registros sanitarios, permiso de comercialización y vigila

Lo que aportarás:

Tecnólogo Químico o Químico

Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como analista, preferible en la industria Farmacéutica o de Alimentos.

Capacidad de investigación.

• Habilidades para comunicación verbal y escrita.

• Conocimiento de fundamentos y manejo de las técnicas de análisis.

• Planeación y administración de la función.

• Herramientas de office
