Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y sostener vidas al realizar análisis químicos para la liberación de materias primas, producto en proceso, producto terminado y estabilidad; garantizando el análisis e integridad de los datos que reporta para liberación de cada proceso. Brindará apoyo a otras áreas de la planta en la ejecución de análisis de soporte

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

1.Desarrollar y ejecutar ensayos con responsabilidad y calidad aportando resultados con base en requerimientos de Integridad de datos.

2.Garantizar cumplimiento a requerimientos establecidos en la Resolución 3619/2013 Manual de Buenas practicas del Laboratorio de control de calidad de productos farmacéuticos.

3.Llevar a cabo el muestreo de materias primas garantizando el cumplimiento a los lineamientos establecidos en la Resolución 1160/2018.

4.Llevar a cabo análisis de identificación a cada contenedor de material farmacéutico, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en la Resolución 1160/2018.

5.Realizar proceso de disposición de la materia prima: Liberación, retención o rechazo en el sistema POMS de acuerdo con el cumplimiento de los requerimientos.

6.Verificar y garantizar la proveniencia del material de un proveedor aprobado mediante el sistema GSQ.

7.Realizar la evaluación física, dimensional y funcional de las materias primas de acuerdo con los requerimientos especificados.

8.Garantizar el uso de equipos e instrumentos calibrados y verificados correctamente.

9.Realizar el mantenimiento autónomo de los equipos para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento.

10.Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas y procedimientos locales del programa de Buenas prácticas de documentación BPD.

11.Garantizar el análisis de producto en proceso, producto terminado o muestras de estabilidad en los tiempos adecuados cumpliendo con regulaciones vigentes, normas aplicables (BPL, BPM, ISO 14000, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14791) procedimientos locales y políticas corporativas.

12.Cumplir con los requerimientos globales establecidos por CFR21 parte 11 garantizando la integridad de datos generados en los análisis dellaboratorio.

13.Monitorear y mejorar el programa de análisis de tendencias del laboratorio químico con base en requerimiento de políticas corporativas y procedimientos locales

14.Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas a su cargo.

15. Garantizar el cumplimiento del Decreto Número 4725 de 2005, por el cual se reglamenta el régimen de registros sanitarios, permiso de comercialización y vigilancia sanitaria de los dispositivos médicos para uso humano.

16. Garantizar la ejecución del programa de entrenamiento y certificación de analistas establecidos en el sistema BaxU.

17. Velar por el buen uso y cuidado de los equipos e instrumentos de análisis definidos para cada funcion.

18. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.

19. Garantizar cumplimiento de programa 6s en cada puesto de trabajo.

Lo que aportarás:

•Técnico / Tecnólogo Químico o carreras afines a Ciencias aplicadas (Graduado).

• Experiencia mínima de 6 meses preferible en la industria Farmacéutica o de Alimentos.

• Capacidad de investigación.

• Habilidades para comunicación verbal y escrita.

• Conocimiento de fundamentos y manejo de las técnicas de análisis.

• Planeación y administración de la función.

• Herramientas de office
