Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y sostener vidas realizando análisis microbiológicos para la liberación de productos terminados, materia prima, productos en proceso, partículas, esterilidad, estabilidad y validaciones; garantizando que estos cumplan con los estándares corporativos y las regulaciones locales e internacionales Realizar muestreos microbiológicos en la planta y seguimiento a procesos que afecten las buenas prácticas de manufactura que puedan afectar los resultados microbiológicos de las áreas controladas. Brindar soporte técnico a los procesos productivos y realizar la lectura de resultados microbiológicos y las investigaciones por resultados con fuera de límites de especificación.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

1. Realizar los análisis microbiológicos de Materias Primas, Producto en Proceso y producto terminado, asegurando la liberación microbiológica de producto.

2. Mantener monitorear microbiológicamente; infraestructura, personal, producto en proceso, materias primas, insumos de producción y realizar seguimiento a las acciones tomadas de la planta.

3. Realizar ensayos aprobatorios de producto: endotoxina, partículas, esterilidad y lectura.

4. Participar en el desarrollo de investigaciones a eventos presentados.

5. Cumplir con las regulaciones, procedimientos locales y políticas corporativas.

6. Cumplir programa de estabilidad de soluciones y equipos.

7. Garantizar exactitud y precisión en los resultados de análisis realizados.

8. Monitorear y mejorar el indicador de laboratorios microbiológicos.

Lo que aportarás:

- Profesional universitario en Bacteriología o Microbiología.

- Experiencia de 1 año en procesos productivos farmacéuticos (deseable) o afines.

- Conocimiento en GMP, normas ISO, informe de la OMS y regulaciones locales e internacionales aplicables al sector farmacéutico (Deseable).
