Salvar y sostener vidas como Ingeniero de procesos de manufactura con la capacidad de garantizar todas las funciones asignadas, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, productividad y seguridad.

Lo que harás en Baxter

1.Realizar implementación de indicadores en tiempo real para seguimiento a performance de máquinas extrusoras a través de Baxterity

2.Realizar Control y seguimiento a indicadores productivos como OEE, tiempos perdidos, cumplimiento a unidades versus demanda.

3. Implementación de mejora enfocada asociada a nuevas herramientas como ZUMBACH GAGE PRO para medición de tubos, adquisición de data en tiempo real para equipos lasermike.

4.Mejoramiento de control visual para monitoreo de indicadores clave como waste, efficiency, alternative use, absortion.

5.Apoyo constante a proceso de manufactura en gestión de riesgos asociados a Calidad.

6.Identificación e implementación de oportunidades de mejora a procesos productivos.
