Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Specialist Qualitätssicherung / Reklamationsbearbeitung (m/w/d). Die Position ist für die Dauer von 12 Monaten befristet.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen bei Serienteilen und Erstmustern

  • Objektive und subjektive Bewertung der angelieferten Materialien bezugnehmend auf einen Prüfplan und unter Zuhilfenahme von Zeichnungs- und Werkstoffunterlagen und Qualitätsanforderungen, Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Festlegung des Verwendungsentscheides

  • Durchführung der rechtssicheren Reklamationsabwicklung

  • Objektive und subjektive Bewertung der durch PE/WE ausgesonderten Einzelteile und Baugruppen, bezugnehmend auf die definierten Spezifikationen und anwendbaren Normen

  • Reklamationen anlegen; aktive Kommunikation mit Lieferanten durchführen; rechtssichere kaufmännische Abwicklung in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft durchführen

  • Bewertung und Interpretation der durch den Lieferanten rückgemeldeten Abstellmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit, ggf. Nachbesserung veranlassen

  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Bereich

Ihr Profil:

  • mindestens 3-jährige abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung

  • mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung

  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC, insbesondere SAP, wünschenswert

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

  • Selbstorganisiertes, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten in Abstimmung mit dem Team und den Vorgesetzten mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch

  • Konversationssicheres Englisch mindestens in Schrift, in Wort wünschenswert
