As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

O que você vai fazer

  • Treinamento de equipes cirúrgicas nos hospitais: instrumentadores, enfermeiras, circulantes de sala, farmacêuticas e cirurgiões, no centro cirúrgico ou em sala reservada no hospital.
  • Participar diariamente dos procedimentos cirúrgicos foco - cirurgias de média e grande complexidade, para assessorar preparo e aplicação dos produtos.
  • Verificar semanalmente o estoque do produto na farmácia.
  • Preencher o Key Performance Indicator (KPI) de acordo com as orientações: target de interações com HCPs, realização de eventos e treinamento, participação de produtos, entre outros.
  • Realizar visitas aos stakeholders com a finalidade de padronização de produtos, expansão de portfólio e especialidades cirúrgicas.
  • Executar divulgação de todo portfólio com objetivo de melhorar o mix de portfólio, metas individuais ou coletivas em um determinado território.
  • Buscar implementar as estratégias do negócio frente aos clientes e stakeholders, visando expansão do portfólio nos clientes.
  • Realizar interações aos stakeholders com a finalidade de dar suporte à padronização de produtos e expansão de portfólio.
  • Zelar pela manutenção da imagem positiva da empresa perante ao mercado, de acordo com seu âmbito de atuação, assim como pela longevidade da marca, de forma a garantir os objetivos estratégicos estabelecidos e melhorar continuamente os níveis de satisfação dos clientes.
  • Acompanhamento dos mapas cirúrgicos para identificar cirurgias potenciais para utilização dos produtos.
  • Lançamento dos acompanhamentos cirúrgicos.
  • Garantir o cumprimento de todas as politicas internas da Baxter e de compliance, garantindo a reputação da empresa no mercado.

O que buscamos em você


  • Necessário ter conhecimento ou experiência com produtos hospitalares de centro cirúrgico. 
  • Ensino superior completo.
  • Desejável que tenha curso de instrumentação cirúrgica completo ou cursando. 
  • Mandatório CNH ativa e válida
  • Buscamos um profissional que seja pro ativo e saiba trabalhar em equipe.
  • Experiência com grandes contas em Porto Alegre, Florianópolis e Joinville. .
  • Experiência em gestão de território de viagem e performance de vendas.
  • Experiência em gestão de clientes.
  • Conhecimento em pacote Microssoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Disponibilidade para viagens 50% do tempo (2 semanas no mês), com base em Porto Alegre
