For our Business Unit Pharmaceuticals, we are currently looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager (f/m/d) DACH & NL based in Unterschleißheim, near Munich.
In this function you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for our portfolio, which includes anaesthesia gases, gas capture devices, specialty injectables, oncology products & compounding. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing brand plans, managing budgets, and coordinating marketing activities across the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Netherlands (NL) regions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, experienced in vendor and congress management, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on new Business Cases and support of product launches
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand plans for anaesthesia, specialty injectables, and oncology products.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to the specific needs of the DACH & NL market.
- Create, manage, and localize marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full budget responsibility for assigned brands, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize market impact.
- Vendor & Congress Management
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the DACH & NL regions.
- Work closely with sales and medical teams to align marketing strategies with market demands.
- Work closely with Regulatory, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing within the DACH & NL markets.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and hospital market dynamics in DACH & NL.
- Experience with anaesthesia, specialty injectables, or oncology products is preferred.
- Proven track record in budget management, vendor coordination, and event planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in German & English, Dutch and/or French proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
