Tu rol en Baxter

Responsable de la supervisión de las operaciones de manufactura en una línea de producción ensamble y costura cumpliendo con los tiempos de proceso establecidos para satisfacer las metas de seguridad, calidad y de producción diarias.

Lo que harás en Baxter

auxilios y accidentes registrables. • Apoyar la implementación de nuevos proyectos, pruebas de ingeniería, 3Fs etc. • Atender auditorías internas y corporativas dando seguimiento a los hallazgos encontrados.

Evaluar necesidades de personal y generar altas o bajas en el sistema Workday.

Generar documentos para la línea de producción como instrucciones de retrabajo, ayudas visuales, alertas de calidad.

Liderear juntas de zona de control. Mantener los documentos del área actualizados mediante el mecanismo de revisión periódica.

Cumplir las necesidades de entrenamiento de acuerdo con la posición a través del sistema BAXU.

Liderear actividades relacionadas con la investigación, análisis de causa raíz, etc para los CAPAs asignados al área de producción.

Liderear actividades orientadas a la reducción o eliminación de scrap.

Liderear actividades orientadas a mejorar la eficiencia del área.

Mantener actualizados los métricos del área, pizarrones y enviar reportes diarios del estatus de la línea.

Lo que aportarás Baxter

Profesional Titulado Ingenieria o Carreras Afines.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares o relacionados a Produccion y Manufactura.

Experiencia Liderando equipos con personal a cargo comprobable.

Ingles Basico-Intermedio
