The Associate Marketing Manager, Infusion Therapies and Technologies (ITT) will be responsible for product and promotion management of pharmacy tools, Elastomerics, and IV solutions portfolios within the ITT business. This includes product forecasting, demand planning, and collaborating with supply chain and other operations departments for effective inventory management. You will support the Senior Manager in portfolio management by ensuring product relevance, handling lifecycles and new product launches and leading rationalization or discontinuation efforts. Assist in developing and running marketing plans and promotional programs. This role requires consistent cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, business operations, regulatory affairs, quality and global marketing functions.

What you'll be doing
•    Manage product lifecycle, including SKU rationalization and inventory management.
•    Liaise with field teams to find opportunities, threats, and competitive intelligence.
•    Will serve as the subject-matter guide for this product portfolio. Support field teams with product-related information and address customer queries.
•    Responsible for product training and support to the sales & inside sales teams and any distributor partners.
•    Identify and recommend opportunities for the improvement of processes and performance.
•    Work with internal partners to support RFPs with product-related information and contract submissions.
•    Analyze market research and trends, identify potential opportunities and threats, and gather competitive intelligence to recommend differentiated positioning and strategies.
•    Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional team members to complete and support marketing programs and initiatives, such as conferences, digital campaigns, sales material development, etc.

What you'll bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
•    At least three years of marketing experience.
•    Experience in quantitative and analytical problem-solving.
•    Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize them effectively.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and various collaborators, partners, and team members.
•    Diligent with strong project management and organizational skills.
•    Experience in planning and implementing marketing events and collaterals.
•    Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.com.
•    Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including domestic and international.
