Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

Reconcile all invoices for Pega processing.
Inbound and outbound freight coordination
Point of reference for local agencies, coordination with customs and other local affiliates ( use of company car).
ERP updates for work orders to enable finished goods invoice to Sterilization/ other ERP duties as required.

General duties-

ERP skills
Able to work under pressure.
Thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Able to influence team members through self-motivation.
Be a self-starter and know their role and responsibilities within the team.
Feel confident in dealing with local authorities / shipping agencies.
Able to communicate with all levels.
Able to manage and prioritize their workload to make sure objectives are achieved.
Simplify complexity in every aspect of his/ her work

Experience:

Shipping and logistics.

Qualifications:

Post Secondary / O level qualifications required.
