Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure products are provided to customers on time so that product quality, yield, operating costs and process efficiencies are met.
Coordinate the Engineering Lab and it’s resources for testing of ongoing projects
Coordinate the Administration portion of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, including CAPEX and MILD Management.
Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc.
Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements.
Provide support to ongoing projects related to both process and manufacturing engineering areas
Lead major projects; create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are adhered to by all team members working on the project.
Areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, FMEA, EPC, Digitization and iCare.
Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities

Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting and be resourceful to a large manufacturing department.
Use of Microsoft Project is required.
Understanding of Project costings terminology and respective calculations for Project RFQs will be considered an asset.

Education and/or Experience

Degree in Engineering and/or Project Management
Min 2 year experience in Engineering and/or Project related roles
