Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure products are provided to customers on time so that product quality, yield, operating costs and process efficiencies are met.
• Coordinate the Engineering Lab and it’s resources for testing of ongoing projects
• Coordinate the Administration portion of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, including CAPEX and MILD Management.
• Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc.
• Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements.
• Provide support to ongoing projects related to both process and manufacturing engineering areas
• Lead major projects; create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are adhered to by all team members working on the project.
• Areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, FMEA, EPC, Digitization and iCare.
• Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting and be resourceful to a large manufacturing department.
• Use of Microsoft Project is required.
• Understanding of Project costings terminology and respective calculations for Project RFQs will be considered an asset.

Education and/or Experience

• Degree in Engineering and/or Project Management
• Min 2 year experience in Engineering and/or Project related roles
