Design Leadership Programs, according to the results of the diagnosis of detected needs.
Support directors, managers, and supervisors in the Talent Management process: Definition of Annual Goals, Performance Management System, Training and Development Plans, Organizational Inventory and Succession Plans and development plans for High Potential staff, to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Evaluate the different learning and development resources offered, to recommend the best options
Lead the Change Management Program, according to business needs.
Ensure company workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management to help leaders ensure compliance.
Help line managers deal with organizational, people and change- related issues.
Conduct day to day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, mentoring, career planning, etc.).
Work together with the management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
