THE JOB:

We are seeking a dynamic and transformative HR Associate Director to lead our HR team at our plant in Lessines, Belgium. With a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work culture, the HR Associate Director will be responsible for driving HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our 1000 blue and white collars.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.

  • Oversee the HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Partner with business leaders to address workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management needs.

  • Lead the HR team in providing exceptional service to employees, addressing their concerns, and facilitating a positive employee experience.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging HR technologies to drive continuous improvement in our HR functions.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant HR certification is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of success in a large organization.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Strong experience in unions relations within a manufacturing site.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. Knowledge of local and international labor laws, regulations, and best practices
