Your Role
As a Nurse Trainer your role is to deliver education to clinical staff on Baxter IV solutions, sets, connectors, and infusion pumps. Provide educational in-services to Baxter customers and potential customers based on the needs of individual customers and regions. You will also provide post-support and follow-up hospital in-servicing as needed.
What you'll be doing
Participate in scheduled customer meetings/conference calls to review in-servicing expectations and customer context prior to all account implementations
Ensure clear, concise delivery of scripted and Baxter-approved in-servicing regarding Medication Delivery products being implemented
Actively solicit participation to in-services by customer clinicians
Maintain high visibility to staff within the account during the implementation period
Provide written attendance updates to the Clinical Services Coordinator at the end of each shift
Work with customers to facilitate improved in-servicing attendance as per the Daily Attendance Record
Provide post-support as required for each product conversion
Submit any product complaints through the appropriate complaint process
What you'll bring
Post Secondary education in Nursing - Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years experience with acute care bedside nursing experience
Bilingual (French and English) required to train in all provinces
Ability to travel 80% with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional professionalism at all times
Good communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to manage ambiguity

- Fournir des mises à jour écrites sur la présence au coordonnateur des services cliniques à la fin de chaque quart de travail
- Travailler avec les clients pour faciliter l'amélioration de la présence en service conformément au registre d'assistance quotidien
- Fournir un post-support au besoin pour chaque conversion de produit
- Soumettre toute plainte relative à un produit par le biais du processus de plainte approprié
Ce que vous apporterez
- Études postsecondaires en soins infirmiers - Infirmière autorisée
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience avec l'expérience des soins infirmiers au chevet du patient en soins actifs
- Bilingue (français et anglais) requis pour suivre une formation dans toutes les provinces
- Capacité de voyager à 80% avec la capacité de travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Un professionnalisme exceptionnel en tout temps
