Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Generate weekly and monthly reports to aid Talent Acquisition efforts.
Collaborate seamlessly with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and Candidates across various regions to arrange interview schedules and address inquiries.
Apply tools and systems to detailed schedule and confirm interviews, book meeting rooms, and manage supporting logistics.
Act as the face of the Baxter Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a world-class candidate experience during meetings and greetings.
Send and meticulously track candidate assessments to ensure timely feedback.
Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in drafting and reviewing offer letters and employment agreements with precision.
Play an active role in supporting candidates through post-offer processes, ensuring a smooth and outstanding onboarding experience.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, encouraging a collaborative environment.
Conduct timely reviews of new requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and timely allocation to the appropriate Talent Acquisition Partner.
Effectively apply recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with both internal and external talent pools.
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to improve the recruitment process.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Ideally, previous experience in recruitment coordination within a global organization, demonstrating a proven ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in transformative settings, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and ambiguity effectively.
Proven ability to effectively manage priorities and collaborate with various parties throughout the recruitment process, guaranteeing high-quality and timely outcomes.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity about encouraging positive relationships.
Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proven experience using recruiting technologies, including ATS and CRMs.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply, showcasing an ambitious and determined approach.
