Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags. Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
Fastens parts together.
Works at different workstations as production needs require including Quality Checks, Electronic documentation, Batch reconciliation, Record Keeping and others assigned by supervisors.
Assure 100% compliance in trainings required.
Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.
Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.
Lifts heavy objects (up to 25 lbs. approximately) by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area.
Occasionally work at other shifts when its required.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies.
Must be able to keep the work area in clean and safe conditions.
Team worked oriented.
Other related duties with the position may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
