Buscamos un Ingeniero de Producción y Mejora Continua para nuestra planta de Producción de Sabiñánigo, que dará apoyo a su Responsable de Producción en la organización de todas las operaciones da fabricación de los productos.

¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades?

  • Colaborar en la gestión, formación y desarrollo del personal asignado a la sección con el fin de obtener una máxima optimización de los recursos.
  • Apoyar en la mejora continua, trabajando de forma estructurada y aplicando los principios del Lean manufacturing para llevar los costes, calidad, servicio y satisfacción de los empleados a niveles máximos.
  • Asegurar la mejora de procesos mediante el trabajo en equipo, con la mayor involucración, participación y satisfacción del equipo posible.
  • Garantizar que el producto fabricado es de calidad, cumple los requisitos y necesidades de los clientes y se realiza mediante la mejora continua y al menor coste posible.
  • Velar por la consecución de los objetivos señalados para su Departamento por la Compañía.
  • Cooperar con el departamento de QA en todas las funciones encaminadas a asegurar el cumplimiento de las Normas de Correcta Fabricación (GMP).
  • Colaborar en la gestión de las No Conformidades de EHS y QA relacionadas con la sección.
  • Participar en los programas de EHS y la realización del análisis de riesgo de los puestos de su área.
  • Fomentar la generación de ideas de mejora ( VIP’s , Kaizen, CIPA’s)
  • Verificar del correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas y de su estado de conservación y limpieza promoviendo cualquier reparación.

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Grado en Ingeniería, Química o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en mejora continua de la producción, siendo deseable en el sector alimentación o farmacéutico.
  • Nivel de inglés medio-alto escrito y hablado
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Office
  • Capacidad adaptativa para poder desarrollar actividades diversas
