As the Solution Architect at Baxter, you can apply your expertise in our Connected Care products to influence sales in France. This role involves leading commercial initiatives and ensuring flawless solution implementation.

What you will do:

1. Collaborate with local Connectivity specialists in the HST team to drive standardization and harmonization of approach :

  • Ensure customers experience consistent connected care with Baxter.

  • Scale our operations effectively as we grow in connected care.

2. Conduct architect assessments and technical due diligence to support commercial processes and customer implementation, ensuring proposed solutions are fit for purpose.

3. Work with local and regional Digital Service teams to prepare pre-sales for smooth implementation, including:

  • Scope of work design

  • Technical feasibility and due diligence

  • Governance documentation (DPA, etc.)

  • Cybersecurity and other standards certificates

4. Lead all aspects of project governance to ensure successful implementation of projects and coordinate quality control throughout the customer engagement lifecycle .

5. Plan and lead requirements analysis sessions with customers and collaborators, evaluating and proposing product and client solutions.

6. Identify risks and constraints in the customer lifecycle and develop scalable processes or solutions to mitigate them.

7. Understand business drivers behind solutions, articulate complex solutions to collaborators, and translate complex business needs into functional requirements and process designs.

8. Build and deliver training programs and knowledge transfer sessions for onboarding new team members.

9. Assess innovative processes, technologies, and solutions to support future markets, contributing to the R&D roadmap in response to changing market needs.

What you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of digital healthcare experience with proven results.

  • Advanced technical foresight to scope and assess the feasibility of complex digital and hybrid solutions during customer sales interactions.

  • Ability to interpret customer needs and the digital landscape in terms of systems, infrastructure, clinical, and functional product requirements.

  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, including provider systems, market challenges, competitors, and third-party providers, considering changing surveillance requirements, regulatory, governance, and legal frameworks.

  • Expertise in deploying and integrating complex solutions, staying current with product evolutions, infrastructure architecture, and market demand.

  • Proficiency in local languages to understand and translate complex requirements into deliverables, representing the local voice of the customer to ensure success criteria are met.

  • Strong self-management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.

  • A great teammate willing to push outside of their comfort zone.
