As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Planning:

  • Monthly/quarterly sales forecast to NSM/BUM to facilitate sales forecasting and planning
  • Planning for resource allocation in his territory to achieve goals
  • Quarterly activation plan for the region
  • Plan coaching sessions with team

Execution

  • Deliver primary sales targets and SGP goals month on month
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts and SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Manage costs by devising optimum account coverage plans and expenses of team members
  • Working closely with various sales channel  heads (Govt., Corporate accounts) for tenders and price contracts
  • Review and manage team  performance through SFE, coaching and providing developmental inputs
  • Managing smooth recruitment, on boarding  and exit of team members
  • Working closely with commercial training team on executing various training programs and provide inputs on timely basis, to develop such programs
  • Coach and monitor team on Ethics and Compliance
  • Execute P5 and GTM by closely working with the marketing team

Strategic Imperative:
