What you'll be doing

• Sample and inspect in-process and chemical raw materials according to written procedures, ensuring flawless execution.
• Conduct packaging line and finished product inspections during operations to strictly ensure compliance with written procedures and cGMP regulations.
• Supervise the Retain Room temperature conditions and storage of retention samples according to local procedures.
• Ensure that products and materials have accurate status identification according to disposition processes.
• Sample and inspect packaging components in alignment with established procedures and specifications.
• Perform data entry of materials sampled and inspected in our computerized system with precision and accuracy.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of sampling and inspection procedures, contributing to our culture of excellence.
• Coordinate area work for continuous flow and support production under limited supervision, demonstrating your ability to successfully implement process improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive Batch Record Reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Stay in sync with all EHS policies and procedures to ensure safety requirements are met at all times.

What you'll bring

• Technical Diploma or Associate Degree, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand both English and Spanish, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong record-keeping skills, ensuring meticulous documentation and data accuracy.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to interpret and convert units of measure such as temperature, pressure, flow, area, mass, distance, and volume.
• Mathematical reasoning skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages, and proficiency with calculators or other electronic equipment.
• Knowledge of sampling techniques, enabling you to determine the best approaches for quality assurance.
• Strong decision-making skills, information handling abilities, and an unwavering dedication to ongoing technical learning.
