Soporte e implementación local de todos los procesos Corporativos de Recursos Humanos
Soporte en la ejecución de la estrategia de Recursos Humanos para clúster
Soporte en los procesos de selección y reclutamiento de personal
Cumplimiento y seguimiento a indicadores de RH
Desarrollo y ejecución de planes de Capacitación interna y externa para el personal
Administración del programa de Becarios
Dar seguimiento y garantizar la adecuada actualización de documentación organizacional como: descripciones de puestos, organigramas etc.
Llevar a cabo la Inducción general del personal de nuevo ingreso, administrativo y operativo.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en administración de empresas, psicología, o carrera afín.

Experiencia:

2 a 4 años en Administracion de Personal
2 a 3 años en Relaciones Laborales.
2 años mínimo en Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal.
3 años mínimo en gestión de procesos corporativos de HR
3 años mínimo en desarrollo organizacional y gestión de talento

Conocimientos:

LFT, Lineamientos y tendencias sobre Diversidad e Inclusión, Inteligencia Artificial para HR, metodologías para talent Management, Microsoft Office, SW de administración de personal como Workday, sistemas aplicables a recursos humanos.
Ingles Avanzado.
