Su Posicion en Baxter:

Responsable del movimiento apropiado de los vagones, hacia y desde la rampa.Entrega de vagones a los clientes.

Las Tareas a realizar:

• Esta sección contiene una lista de cinco a ocho responsabilidades principales del puesto de trabajo. El individuo desempeñará otras funciones según le sean asignadas.

• Mover los vagones dentro de la facilidad utilizando el sistema de WMS, asegurando el procedimiento FIFO (“First In, First Out” – Primero en entrar, primero en salir).

• Verifica el contenido de los vagones contra el manifiesto. Entregar mercancía a los clientes según indicado en la documentación.   Recoger vagones vacíos y llenos de los puertos.  Reportar cualquier problema o cambio al Coordinador de flota y al Gerente de Logística. 

• Mantener el vehículo en buenas condiciones y  limpio y realizar su mantenimiento preventivo. Reporta cualquier problema mecánico que tenga el vehículo.

• Respetar las leyes de tránsito, y siguir los procedimientos establecidos de tráfico y transportación. Informar rápidamente cualquier condición que pueda poner en peligro la salud o seguridad del personal interno como externo. Responsable de informar sobre aquellos comportamientos/conductas  que identifique inseguras y a su vez recomendar medidas en pro de la seguridad de todos.

• Proveer apoyo administrativo tales como: Generar “Ship confirm” de la orden mediante sistema de WMS, archivar y organizar documentos, entre otros, para el Departamento de Logística. Hacer entregas especiales tales como: entregas a pacientes y/o hospitales, en el evento de ser necesario para el Departamento de CDLC.

• Todos los empleados que realizan esta tarea de trabajo son responsables de mantener las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (cGMP).

Cualificaciones:

Para realizar este trabajo exitosamente, el individuo debe ser capaz de realizar cada tarea esencial satisfactoriamente. Liste los conocimientos, habilidades y/o capacidades requeridas.

• Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente.

• Tener buen récord choferil según lo establece el Departamento Transportación

• Buena percepción de espacio y forma.

• Seguir e interpretar instrucciones escritas, verbales y gráficas.

• Desempeñar cálculos matemáticos básicos.

• Trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

• Leer y entender de forma básica el idioma inglés.

• Integridad, confianza, ética en el trabajo, responsabilidad, colaboración, trabajo en equipo y servicio al cliente.
