Tu rol en Baxter:

Como Ingeniero II de Calidad asegurarás, diseñarás, planearás, coordinarás y supervisarás las actividades de la planta de Baxter-Cartago relacionadas con el Sistema de Validaciones y Calibraciones, incluyendo, pero no limitado a; Productos, Procesos, Sistemas Críticos, Sistemas de Información Computarizados y métodos de prueba, asegurando que el producto que llega a nuestros pacientes es de alta calidad.

El equipo de Calidad de Baxter, es personal comprometido con la misión que nos caracteriza por entregar producto de alta calidad, ser líderes en mejora continúa y mantener una cultura siempre alineada al significado de nuestro trabajo.

Lo que hárás:

1.Asegurar la consistencia en el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en los procedimientos.

2.Brindar soporte en la investigación, evaluación e implementación de mejoras a los diferentes procesos de Calidad y departamentos que lo requieran. La persona que ocupe este puesto debe tener la apertura de participar en equipos de trabajo y dar apoyo a todo proyecto enfocado hacia el mejoramiento continuo.
3. Supervisar el personal a su cargo y administrar los recursos del área aplicables

4. Revisar, aprobar y supervisar la ejecución/implementación de los Changes Plan, durante un Change Control.
5. Evaluar, diseñar y mejorar procedimientos relacionados a sus áreas de responsabilidad.
6. Trabajar en equipo con el personal de otras áreas para el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos, validaciones, revisiones periódicas, la mejora continua, resolución de oportunidades, análisis e investigación de documentos de excepción.
7. Dar mantenimiento a los indicadores de calidad de validaciones.
8. Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas del Programa de Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional.
9. Velar por el cumplimiento de las necesidades de entrenamiento regulatorio del personal a su cargo.
10. Realizar reuniones periódicas con su personal para mantener una adecuada comunicación e información entre los miembros de su equipo.
11. Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio del área de calibraciones.
12. Administración u optimización de instrumentos y patrones de calibración.
13. Brindar el apoyo requerido a los clientes internos para mejorar el cumplimiento de las metas de planta.

Lo que aportarás:

• Bachillerato en Ingeniería en Materiales, Ingeniería de Producción, Industrial, Químico, Sistemas, Eléctrico, Electrónico, Electromecánico o carrera afín.
• Dominio del idioma inglés.
• Tres (3) años de experiencia demostrada en industrias con Sistemas de Calidad.

• Conocimiento de sistemas de cómputo y software aplicables.
• Manejo de herramientas estadísticas para manejo de datos (tendencias, gráficos de Pareto, entre otros).
• Conocimiento de 6's.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de mejoramiento continuo (Lean y Six Sigma).
• Habilidad para poder manejar simultáneamente varios proyectos y generar resultados
• Agilidad de aprendizaje.

• Motivación y Desarrollo de otros
• Muy buenas habilidades analíticas / estadísticas para resolver problemas.
• Colaboración (Trabajo en equipo y buenas relaciones interpersonales).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, planeación, organización y ejecución, así como de priorización de sus actividades.
• La posición requiere de dinamismo e iniciativa para ejecutar los trabajos asignados.
• Habilidad de comunicación con la gente para trabajar en equipo.
• Orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos y cumplimiento de metas.
