Tu rol en Baxter:

Como Gerente de Calidad eres responsable de liderar y trabajar en conjunto con un equipo enfocado en quejas, validaciones, CAPA y proyectos, con el fin de mejorar el producto que salva y mejora vidas. Además de proporcionar soluciones y mejoras a los diversos procesos y productos de Baxter Cartago.

Tu equipo:

El equipo de Calidad de Baxter está conformado por profesionales comprometidos que no temen en inspeccionar a fondo procesos internos que producen un producto en el cual realmente creen.

Lo que harás:

Encargado de dirigir, coordinar y supervisar las actividades de la planta de Baxter-Cartago relacionadas con:
• CAPA
• Validaciones
• Quejas
• Riesgo
• Calibraciones
• Estabilidad
• Ingeniería de Calidad
Asegurando la consistencia en el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos (QSR’s, Estándares de calidad, Normas ISO, Manual de Calidad de Baxter, Especificaciones Divisionales, Procedimientos Locales, etc), para dichos sistemas. Supervisa las labores de los Ingenieros y personal técnico a cargo, con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones establecidas y velar por el desarrollo y desempeño de los sistemas de calidad relacionados.

1. Asegurar el establecimiento de un sistema de calidad que cumpla con aspectos regulatorios en todas las actividades de CAPA, quejas de mercado, administración de riesgo, calibraciones y estabilidad.
2. Verificar que se evalúe la necesidad de abrir no conformidades significativas relacionadas a tendencias negativas o problemas sistémicos y realizar escalaciones en caso de ser necesarias.
3. Realizar estrategias que permitan evaluar, controlar y reducir el riesgo identificado de una situación, y administrar el riesgo residual.
4. Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de estabilidad.
5. Aprobar especificaciones y procedimientos locales como representante de Calidad de las áreas a cargo.
6. Controlar la administración adecuada de los recursos materiales y humanos necesarios para el cumplimiento de los procesos.

Lo que aportarás

• Grado de bachillerato en ciencias, ingeniería o carrera afín.
• Cinco años de experiencia en industria de manufactura.
• 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión,
• Experiencia demostrada manejando equipos de trabajo y creando sistemas de calidad.
• Dominio del idioma inglés oral y escrito.

• Conocimiento de técnicas estadísticas para control de procesos de producción y validaciones, deseable.
• Conocimiento de las normas internacionales ISO relacionadas con el aseguramiento de la calidad, deseable.
