Your role at Baxter

As a Global E2E Systems & Process Strategy Specialist for Integrated Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of key strategical projects to enhance the overall efficiency and strength of Baxter’s End to End Supply Chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic changes in systems and processes in order to mitigate risks and enable overall optimizations aligned with Baxter ISC strategy and broader Baxter vision.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams deploying key projects to identify and mitigate risks across the E2E Integrated Supply Chain.

  • Propose different methodologies through systems and process enhancements to evaluate E2E supply continuity impact across the organization.

  • Support successful system and process deployment across the ISC organization.

  • Conduct gap analysis to determine any customization or configuration needed to align the system with site-specific supply chain processes.

  • Develop test plans and execute system testing to ensure proper functionality and data integrity.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all supply chain planning information and data, through identification and resolution of issues/gaps in processes and systems.

  • Deliver training sessions to end-users in process & system funcionalities. Support change management activities by communicating system changes, addressing user concerns, and providing ongoing support during the transition phase.

  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the deployed supply chain planning systems.

  • Gather feedback from site users and identify opportunities for system optimization or process improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy. Support the development and execution of effective project plans, to reach the overall objectives of the programs globally.

  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to define, test and implement reporting that supports greater efficiency in proactive, forward-looking decision making Standardize Supply Planning process/system knowledge across the regions by training and coaching other professionals

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering,Finance, Economy, Systems or related.

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand and/or Supply Planning, inventories (raw materials, WIP, PT / MPS / MRP / Programming, or similar.

  • Prior experience implementing and/or supporting business Intelligence or data warehousing tools at a global level.

  • Experience in strategic roles managing key projects

  • Advance level of English.
