Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y sostener vidas, ejecutando y cumpliendo con las órdenes de mantenimiento y servicios en la especialidad de soldadura y metalistería para toda la planta.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

1.Manejar con destreza procesos de soldadura MIG, TIG, Electrodo revestido, Plasma, Oxicorte, aluminio y autógena.

2.Ejecutar Soldadura de tuberías, tanques y montajes en general.

3.Especial habilidad en construcción de estructuras y accesorios en diferentes metales especialmente en acero inoxidable.

4.Operar herramientas manuales y herramientas manuales eléctricas

5.Manejo de dobladoras y cortadoras industriales de metal.

6.Manejo de instrumentos de medición y precisión

7.Manejo y disposición de químicos y desechos peligrosos

8.Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo equipos del taller

9.Atención de urgencias y emergencias en turnos diurnos, nocturnos y fines de semana.

10.Continua comunicación con el cliente interno

Lo que aportarás:

Técnico en Soldadura con mínimo 4 años de experiencia ejecutando labores de Soldadura en las tecnologías descritas
Indispensable: Certificado en trabajo en alturas
Experiencia en el manejo de equipos de soldadura y de sustancias químicas
Conocimiento en diferentes tipos de soldadura
Habilidades y tolerancia trabajos en espacio confinado y en caliente

Valentía, Rapidez, Simplicidad, Colaboración
Alta capacidad de trabajo bajo presión, orientado a los resultados
Excelente comunicación, orientación al cliente
Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo
