We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Metrology & Qualification to lead our team in Baxter R&D Europe Alliance Park (BAP). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources, budgets, and activities related to Equipment Qualification and Calibration. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving processes, consolidating budget expenses, and providing transversal support across the global R&D Metrology organization.

What you'll do :

As the Manager, Metrology & Qualification, you will be directly responsible for the daily management of the BAP M&Q team, including people follow-up, budget management, and control of related protocols and reports. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying future issues, reporting them, and proposing solutions to improve the M&Q team organization, particularly for teams located at BAP.

You will establish priorities, estimate, and ensure that the required M&Q works are planned, performed, and reported within agreed time frames according to stakeholder requests. Additionally, you will present regular project status updates and proactively report data to ensure transparency and accountability.

You will be responsible for adhering to the Quality Systems and maintaining GLP standards, ensuring that all M&Q activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also represent the BAP M&Q teams in audits and provide expertise on quality-compliant items such as NCR, CA/PA, and Change Control management related to M&Q activities.

What you'll bring :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or Master degree in Chemical/Engineer/ Technical Science

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in people management

  • Minimum 5 years in-depth Metrology and/or Validation experience in a highly regulated environment

  • Qualification/Validation of Laboratory Systems

  • Metrology

  • Budget Management and base of finance management

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong in English (reading, writing, speaking)
