Baxter, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a dedicated and diligent Stability Coordinator to join our team in Braine L'Alleud. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for designing and leading cGMP stability studies conducted both internally and in collaboration with our external partners. The position will collaborate with cross functional teams to improve our Medication Delivery and Nutrition products and our processes while ensuring patient safety.

What you'll do

Technical Expertise: Apply technical theories and principles to projects within your area of expertise, particularly for non-routine tasks. Analyze and determine the best solutions to experimental design or research problems with minimal assistance.

Technical Recommendations: Make sound technical recommendations for both routine and non-routine projects. Provide analysis and redesign of key experimental procedures, and independently select techniques and procedures to solve problems within your area of responsibility.

Innovation: Identify existing alternative methods and technologies for improving existing or new products/processes.

Project Management: Independently plan and complete a series of technical tasks that may not be well-defined, have multiple variables, and require advanced techniques within negotiated deadlines.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of relevant Quality System Regulation (QSR) and safety requirements. Build knowledge of other regulatory requirements related to R&D (product development, design, and safety) to ensure compliance in all research, data collection, and reporting activities.

GxP Knowledge: Have a working knowledge and understanding of Good Practice (GxP) and related regulations and guidance.

Statistical Analysis: Apply appropriate statistical approaches/tools for expiration dating and limits verification in line with procedures and project priorities. Accurately assess results for validity and conformance to specifications.

What you'll bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific field (chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences) with 3-5 years’ experience or Master degree with 1-3 years’ experience or PhD with 0-3 years’ experience.
  • Possess relevant laboratory/technical, writing, and computer skills.
  • A good understanding of ICH and cGxP practices.
  • Effectively able to contribute on a project team. Experience in working in global cross-functional teams and project management is a plus.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and can shift gears comfortably.
  • Ability to objectively assess, organize, and clearly communicate complex information.
  • Interpret available information and make recommendations to resolve technical challenges.
  • Appropriately prioritize assignments to meet project schedules.
  • English fluent and another language is a plus.
