Job Summary

Leads the architecture, design, development, and delivery of cost-effective software solutions using C#, .NET, and microservices. Provides technical leadership to the team. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Designs and architects’ scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices. 
  • Leads complex programs or key workstreams, including planning, scheduling, and execution. 
  • Translates product and software requirements into architecture, concepts, and design alternatives. 
  • Solves ambiguous, complex technical problems while balancing quality, cost, time, and business needs. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, users, and external partners to deliver and maintain software architecture. 
  • Serves as a subject-matter expert and influences technical direction across teams and product platforms. 
  • Mentor engineers and may coordinate assigned engineering or technical staff. 

What you’ll bring

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 13+ years related experience. 
  • Strong technical leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to align technical decisions with business objectives, cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Advanced experience with .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS and relational database design, including SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React is desirable.
  • Proven record of delivering solutions to complex technical challenges; medical-device software experience is preferred.
