About the Role

At Baxter, we are seeking a highly skilled and expert RPA Migration Administrator to join our IT team. The selected candidate will administer the implementation of RPA development and migration projects, with the objective of enhancing business processes in the organization. We are seeking a candidate with deep technical expertise in RPA platform administration, migration, as well as experience in IT service management and agile project management methodologies.

What you'll be doing

  • Administer and maintain RPA platforms, including Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and Blue Prism, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Plan and execute RPA migrations, including data migration, workflow migration, and process redesign.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, staying up to date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Design and develop RPA admin level automation scripts, and integrations with various systems and applications, utilizing programming languages such as Python or Java and integration tools (API, Web Services).
  • Test and troubleshoot RPA workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure RPA workflows are properly integrated with existing systems and applications.
  • Monitor and analyze RPA workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to RPA workflows and automation scripts
  • Expert knowledge in RPA Technology, Implementation and Administration
  • Expert in managing Power Automate administration (RPA Admin) for the entire organization encompassing Core Developers, business users and citizen developers
  • Expert knowledge of Azure Cloud platform from an Infra perspective
  • Good Knowledge of Virtual Machine management and patching
  • Ability to scale Power Automate latest capabilities for use by Core Developers, Citizen Developers
  • Understand and optimize License usage patterns for Power Automate
  • Expert knowledge in Data Gateway clustering and management
  • Expertise in defining global policies and governance impacting entire tenant and segregated environments
  • Expertise in defining and rolling out global environmental settings and operations
  • Knowledge in managing Dataverse connections, optimizations and tuning
  • Participate in Periodic reviews of platforms based on Pharma Regulatory requirements
  • Participate in platform regulatory inspections as per organization quality standards
  • Ownership of virtual machines and keep software packages up to date
  • Co-ordinate patching activities of servers with Infrastructure teams
  • Adhere to all the Validation process and standard
  • Familiar with ITIL framework and process flow.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by taking ownership to drive reported issues to resolution with minimum supervision. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Able to handle critical customer situations.
  • Basic knowledge of Product life cycle management systems to cater to validation requirements in Pharma industry
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow System to facilitate Incident/Service Request, Change and Problem Management


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering etc. 
  • 3 + Year is technical expertise in RPA platform Administration, Migration mainly Power Automate (UiPath or BluePrism is considered)
  • Certification in RPA development or administration (e.g., Power Automate RPA Developer Associate)
  • Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms (mainly Azure) is required
  • Exposure to Programming Languages such as Python or Java and Integrations tools (API, Web Services) is required
  • Experience with ITSM Process; experience with Service Now or Jira is preferred
