1.To ensure that all people wear the PPEs while working in routine operation/maintenance of any machine as per requirements.Communicate to supervisor in case of any safety related issue & ensure proper actions are taken to avoid repeat the same issue.Ensure precautionary actions during handling break down of machines.

2.To follow the proper entry-exit & gowning procedure in line with standard operating procedure (SOPs).

3.To monitor temperature or humidity of clean room and inform to engineering department through work request & ensure corrective & preventive action are taken in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), if any non-conformance is observed.

4.To ensure the respective area & equipment are clean & well maintained in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

5.To ensure preventive maintenance of machine is performed as per defined frequency.Perform the proper & routine cleaning of. areas & machines in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

6.To ensure that machines are working smoothly and performing as per standards.To ensure that production activities (Like washing and DPT) are being performed as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) / Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

7.To ensure all respective logbooks along with documentation in such logbooks are maintained is in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

8.To acknowledge intervention, breakdown, and report to supervisor.

9.To ensure the GMP & GDP norms are followed and maintained throughout the manufacturing.

10.To support the other departments such as validation, engineering with respect to any validation & preventive or breakdown maintenance respectively.

11.To remove the material scrap from time to time as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

12.To perform change parts and trial activity of machine within the timeline respect to production planning.

13.To stop the activity if any non- conformance or non – compliance is observed & escalate to production supervisor or line manager to ensure proper Corrective & Preventive actions are taken.

14.To adhere with current Good Manufacturing Practice(cGMP), Good Document Practice (GDP), Standard Operating procedure (SOP) & Data Integrity Principles i.e., Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original and Accurate (ALCOA+).

15.To monitor the productivity continuously, if productivity is less than defined norms, take appropriate action immediately in consultation with supervisor.
