What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct daily collection activities using debt collection software.
• Apply cash for designated countries and resolve unidentified payments.
• Contact customers about overdue accounts, record actions, and address disputes promptly.
• Build an understanding of customer profiles and internal company structures for effective resolution.
• Communicate account issues to Accounts Receivable Team Leader and Sales as per standard processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales) to resolve disputes.
• Identify recurring issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and new technologies.
• Meet targets for past due accounts and cash collection.

What You'll Bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounts receivable and dispute management processes.
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Initiative and ability to influence and guide others.
• Fluent in English, French, and Polish.
