Summary

As the Device Solution Lead, you will play a key role in the Global PTO organization, ensuring the smooth transition of drug and medical device label changes for over 2,000 SKUs (11,000+ country-code combinations) as part of the Evergreen Program. Reporting to the Global PTO Device Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regulatory, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions to execute complex labeling transitions while minimizing risks and maintaining patient and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee and plan label changes for 10,000+ country codes across 14 plants, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely execution.
  • Facilitate plant workshops to confirm readiness and first-of-code labels by established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve risks, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Lead workshops, develop reporting, and ensure best practices are implemented globally while collaborating with stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight timelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of label update processes and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven leadership skills, including delegation and managing without direct authority.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, healthcare services, or similar industries.
  • Experience with large-scale projects; healthcare sector experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
