Summary

As the Device Solution Lead, you will play a key role in the Global PTO organization, ensuring the smooth transition of drug and medical device label changes for over 2,000 SKUs (11,000+ country-code combinations) as part of the Evergreen Program. Reporting to the Global PTO Device Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regulatory, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions to execute complex labeling transitions while minimizing risks and maintaining patient and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

Oversee and plan label changes for 10,000+ country codes across 14 plants, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely execution.
Facilitate plant workshops to confirm readiness and first-of-code labels by established deadlines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve risks, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, fostering continuous improvement.
Lead workshops, develop reporting, and ensure best practices are implemented globally while collaborating with stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight timelines.
In-depth knowledge of label update processes and cross-functional coordination.
Proven leadership skills, including delegation and managing without direct authority.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in supply chain, healthcare services, or similar industries.
Experience with large-scale projects; healthcare sector experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
