Tu rol en Baxter

Desde tu rol como Supv, Complaint Hand #Aquí es donde contamos con tus conocimientos y talento para supervisar a los equipos que realizan actividades de tramitación de reclamaciones, controlar y escalar en el momento oportuno los productos, centros, regiones o flujos de trabajo asignados para tomar las medidas adecuadas para que se cumplan los KPI.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

• Supervisa y procesa las DT dentro del software aplicable basándose en la comprensión de los riesgos asociados al mal funcionamiento del producto para evitar la notificación tardía.

• Apoya las auditorías internas corporativas, de organismos notificados, de terceros y reglamentarias, según sea necesario.

• Garantiza la puntualidad en el cierre de las reclamaciones relativas a productos, centros, regiones o flujos de trabajo de su responsabilidad para cumplir los requisitos de la empresa y los reglamentarios.

• Mantiene una comunicación eficaz con los miembros del equipo para asegurarse de que todos comprenden los requisitos relacionados con el trabajo.

• Realiza CAPA cuando no se cumplen los requisitos del proceso y es necesario aplicar correcciones/mejoras.

Lo que aportarás

Excelentes dotes de liderazgo, comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.

Capacidad para cumplir plazos y trabajar en múltiples proyectos con precisión y eficacia.

Capacidad para definir problemas, analizar datos, establecer hechos y extraer conclusiones.

Dominio de Microsoft Office, como Excel o programas equivalentes como Power BI.

Inglés avanzado (familiarizado con los sistemas de gestión de reclamaciones y los sistemas de admisión software SAP/JDE).
