Key Account Manager (m/w/d) für das Gebiet Deutschschweiz.

In der Funktion als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Pharma beraten und betreuen Sie fachlich Apotheker:innen, Personen im ärztlichen Dienst, Einkauf sowie Pflege und Medizintechnik in den Bereichen Anästhesie, Onkologie und Specialty Injectable Pharmaceuticals.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Marktes: Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau sowie Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Fachliche Beratung und Betreuung der Zielgruppen für o.g. Bereiche in der ganzen Deutschschweiz
  • Entwicklung von Account-Plänen sowie jährliche Zieldefinition und -erreichung
  • Koordinierung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Verträgen mit Krankenhäusern und Einkaufsgemeinschaften (EKVs) sowie Großhändlern für die zugewiesenen Produkte
  • Identifizierung von Ausschreibungserneuerungen und Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Natur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Klinikaußendienst mit Erfahrung im Apothekengeschäft
  • Erfahrung im Generikabereich wünschenswert
  • Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, Win-Win Situationen für alle Verhandlungspartner:innen zu erarbeiten
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (CRM, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Deutschschweiz
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
