Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Front Line Care (FLC) suchen wir Sie als

Sales Representative (m/w/d)

im Rhein/Main Gebiet.

Sie sind für den Vertrieb aller Produkte und Dienstleistungen der Front Line Care (Welch Allyn) Produktpalette verantwortlich. Sie entwickeln Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien und pflegen Kontakte zu medizinischen und nicht-medizinischen Fachgruppen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Erfüllung des jährlichen Umsatzziels für das zugewiesene Gebiet sowie Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie durch Generierung von Wachstum
Erstellung eines Geschäftsplans für das Gebiet, um maximale Umsätze und Marktdurchdringung zu erzielen
Entwicklung und Förderung einer starken Marke in der Region, um langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
Unterstützung, Schulung und Direktvertrieb in dem Gebiet, um sicherzustellen, dass Geschäfts-, Werbeaktions- und Verkaufsstrategien definiert und ausgeführt werden
Koordination der Einführung mehrerer neuer Produkte im gesamten Gebiet direkt mit den Endnutzer:innen und über unabhängige Vertreter:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen.
Verwaltung von Key Accounts im Gebiet sowie Entwicklung und Pflege der Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil:

Fachhochschulabschluss in Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbare kaufmännische, klinische oder technische Ausbildung
Mindestens 3-jährige nachweisbare Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten
Medizinische oder medizinisch technische Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Angebotsunterbreitung
IT Kenntnisse (bspw. Outlook, CRM Systemen)
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu Kunden aufzubauen und zu pflegen
Sprachkenntnisse: fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
