Summary:

As aSenior Analyst ITin MES area, the position will be able to support the manufacturing area in Infrastructure setup, configuration & support, including ability to work in conjunction with the Solution Architect & Enterprise teams for hosting infrastructure and databases within the MES domain area & systems integration landscape with aligned Technology recommendation in compliance with the Company standards and in coordination with suppliers & stakeholders. Capable of collaborating actively in MES Development & maintenance. Applying blueprints, standards & simplification is a must to ensure best solutions are in place to serve Operations & ultimately our customers. Able to create deliverables for managing the organization's portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions — including systems (applications, processes, and information) and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive the execution for infrastructure standards & setup in medium/Large size projects, prove strong technical knowledge, handle complex problems, own strong process knowledge & development skills & validation lifecycle knowledge.

  • Capable of understanding business priorities in relation to infrastructure impact and applying architectural blueprint to achieve project goals.

  • Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information). · Able to collaborate as part of a team of developers to adopt or adapt technological solutions.

  • Provide value and ability in accelerating development, and support aspects in MES domain area & system integrations by Identifying, evaluating, develop and/or redesign systems functionalities based on priorities.

  • Collaborate in providing extensive knowledge of application development best practice and processes together with strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills

  • Analyze complex infrastructure business cases & functional specifications by aiming for simplifying problems\tasks\support within the global MES domain area.

  • Act as the primary contact (infrastructure leader) for MES systems in setting up & optimizing software and hardware resources. Identify, evaluate, raise, and control any critical risks in the IT infrastructure area.

  • Ensure the stability and reliability of the systems, contributing to leading changes, or adjustments. Obtain managerial approvals and comply with applicable procedures.

  • Provide effective user support, responding promptly to their requests and aligned with the support model adopted by the Company.

  • Work\support out of weekdays might be needed based on business projects and criticalities.

  • Other duties might be assigned.

What you'll bring

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant discipline
  • 4+ years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization including proof of infrastructural lead, design, coding and implementation of systems is a plus.
  • Proven Database skills on Oracle & SQL ; DB2 is a plus.
  • Coding skills on Dot NET; Visual C; HTML; Java\Json will be a plus.
  • Hosting platforms: both Cloud and On-premises ability; RDS (Remote Desktop Services): Citrix & Azure VDI.
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) ability on EC2, RDS, S3 management is a plus. Validation lifecycle & Data Integrity principles knowledge
  • English language proficiency

Qualifications

Familiarity with information models and Healthcare industry data standards such as automation and agile Architecture

Demonstrated ability to get Infrastructural understanding: mapping system requirements & design infrastructure setup accordingly to meet the goals & business expectations.

Experience in gathering input and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders across businesses.

Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive architecture approaches for strategic efforts. Technical depth in customer facing systems from an application, infrastructure, operations, scalability, availability, performance, people, process, and tooling perspective.

Demonstrated ability to build and translate Functional specifications and provide team collaboration into actionable deliverables.

Ability to work in a team setting, with a focus on details and quality, working by time constraints and according to plan.

·Ability to understand emerging technology trends and disruptions to enable new and evolving business operating models.

Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes.

Value mistakes and move forward.

Ability to work closely with the management, Business Analysts, Functional Expert, Solution Architect and Technology Delivery Manager to ensure robust architectural runway to develop and support the solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders and suppliers.

Ability to partner loosely with Solution Architect & Enterprise Architects to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
