The Associate Director of DSTS Sales for Western Europe drives DSTS sales growth in Europe by finding opportunities, optimizing the sales process, and leading regional initiatives. It requires understanding of technical and commercial aspects of DSTS and European health markets. The position requires up to 50% travel.
What you'll be doing :
The role requires coordinating and guiding the Country DSTS organizations across Europe to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for digital solutions and technical services. It is essential to ensure a uniform understanding of the DSTS commercial offering and service value proposition across the geography and deliver on the agreed sales targets.
- Improve the DSTS sales process in each country, ensuring accountability for revenue (80 million $ +), and completing and implementing agreed European processes and initiatives.
- Drive regional commercial initiatives to boost sales of digital solutions and technical services in the area. Collaborate with downstream marketing and global commercial and marketing teams to meet DSTS sales goals.
- Identify leads and opportunities within the large installed base and leverage technical and commercial competences to sell digital solutions and technical services.
- Contribute to the rapid growth of DSTS sales in Europe by driving innovation, developing new business models, and growing the digital solutions and technical services portfolio. (from 2.5million $ up to 10 million $)
- Own negotiations with international multi-vendor service organizations and international accounts. Act as a Key account manager for those types of account.
- Indirectly coordinate the country inside sales organization,
- Design and implement the incentive program (SIP) and identify key performance indicators to monitor DSTS sales programs execution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European healthcare markets and dynamics and leverage this knowledge to drive sales growth and revenue.
What you'll bring :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., engineering or business). A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on digital solutions and technical services in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong technical and commercial competences, with the ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of digital solutions and technical services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and customers.
